  6. Demand Draft Application Fee (Rs. 500/-)

  9. NOTE :
  1. All documents submitted with Application form and 4 Passport size Photographs should be Notarized or attested by a gazetted officer.
  2. Hardcopy of all the documents along with Original Affidavit, Demand Draft and Letter of Authorization (if applicable) should be submitted to the office within 10 working days, after Online submission of the Contractor Registration Form.
